Web Press provides AI-powered website design and hosting services. Our "Lifetime Website" package includes a one-time fee for the creation and deployment of a professional website on a provided subdomain (e.g., your-business.webp.page). This service is designed to provide a professional web presence, particularly for small businesses and for legitimizing Google My Business profiles.

2. Payments and Fees

The Service is offered for a one-time payment. This fee covers the design, development, and hosting of your website on our subdomain for the duration of the "lifetime" term. All payments are due upfront and are non-refundable once the website has been designed and delivered to you.

3. Definition of "Lifetime" Service

For the purpose of this agreement, the "Lifetime Website" package is defined as a service period of ten (10) years from the initial date of purchase and website deployment.

This service includes the continuous hosting of your website on our subdomain and access to our AI-powered support for the duration of this 10-year term. In the event that Web Press ceases operations, we are not liable for providing service beyond the date of cessation.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the following:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about your business.
  • Providing all content (text, images, logos) necessary for the website build, unless content generation is explicitly included in your package.
  • Ensuring that your content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Ensuring your content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a website that violates these terms.

5. Upgrades and Custom Domains

The standard "Lifetime Website" package is hosted on a subdomain. You may have the option to upgrade your service, for example, by pointing your website to a custom domain (e.g., your-business.com). Such upgrades may be subject to additional fees for setup and for any domain registration costs, which will be separate from the initial one-time fee.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you provide (text, images, logos). We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the final, delivered website (including the AI-generated design and code) for your business purposes for the duration of the 10-year service term.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We leverage AI tools for design, SEO, and support; while powerful, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or error-free AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Web Press, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
